Covid Safe Studio Policies
Students/staff with symptoms, close contact, or known exposure to a positive COVID-19 case must stay home and notify GTKFA.

Food is not permitted in the studio.

Parents/family are once again permitted to observe classes from the waiting areas.

Lessons vary between 50-60 minutes. Please see specific course listings and schedules for the exact class length.
Every course is available to try for free the first time.
We offer courses for various age groups ranging from 5 years old and up. For specific class requirements please see the class listing.
Martial arts lessons are held in our studio, online, and outdoors (weather permitting). All other courses; such as Math and coding are held 100% online.
Martial arts students will need to purchase a pair of mat shoes, training pants, and various weapons as they advance in their training. For all other courses, no additional materials are required to be purchased
Yes, you may observe all lessons. However, due to current Covid-19 restrictions, parents must wear a mask while in the studio.
There is no school credit, or refund for missed lessons due to a student’s absence. As a courtesy, please notify your instructor in advance about any lessons you will miss. Students can join another class as a makeup class.. For all other online courses, a recording of the lesson will be available upon request.
Yes, for most courses. For some courses such as Intermediate Scratch and Python, it would not be recommended unless the student has prior experience.
The beginner level course is the recommended course to start with. If you have prior experience you will need to speak with the course instructor for advanced placement.
Most courses are $15 per lesson. See specific course listing for course cost. All courses are billed monthly.
It is a flat rate of $132 per month when taking lessons twice per week. The rate is $92 per month if students attend class only once a week.
Standard lessons are booked in a minimum of 4-week segments, with 1-2 lessons per week. Tuition is calculated based on a monthly system. Below are the class options we currently have for MARTIAL ARTS lessons only.
We encourage all martial arts students to take the classes twice a week for the most effective training. The lowest rate of $16.50 per lesson is offered. Usually, there are 7 to 9 classes per month. If there are less than 7 lessons in a month due to holidays or school closures, the lowest discounted price of $16.50 per lesson will be applied.
The rate is $23 per lesson if students attend class only once a week. For example, if students take 4 classes per month, the rate is 4 classes for $92.
Registration and tuition fees are due on or before the first lesson. Monthly tuition is due on or before the 1st lesson of each month. Late payments will incur a 10% service fee.
No equipment is needed to begin a martial arts class. A desktop computer or laptop with a camera and microphone is required for all online classes.
Yes, there is a 10% discount for siblings in martial arts classes. Sibling discount is not available for coding classes.
Yes, there is an annual registration fee of $35 for all martial arts and dance students. There is a one-time registration fee of $35 for all other students.
